Do I have to participate or have my camera and microphone on?

Yes. You will be deemed “non-responsive” if you do not participate. At times it is necessary to have your camera on and be able to screenshare as needed. The microphone will be muted per Teams etiquette if someone else or your instructor is presenting/talking. Life happens, mics break, and cameras cease to work. Convey and come up with a plan to rectify the situation with your instructor or SSA.
